The Ivas-Tower anti-dampness restoration cycles have been designed to restore rising damp, condensation, efflorescence and damp surfaces. These solutions solve the problem definitively: adjusting the expulsion of water in the form of vapour, preventing the plaster from deteriorating. The treatment can be used on any type of masonry (brick, concrete, various types of masonry, reinforced concrete, etc.) and both inside and outside the building. .
The Ivas-Tower restoration proposal falls into two cycles, as required:
- CLASSIC CYCLE: This cycle involves the direct application of the following onto the masonry: TOWSAN PRIMER (a product to prevent the release of soluble salts contained in the water and subsequent crystallization), TOWSAN (anti-dampness plaster for very porous structures that allows for the complete evaporation of rising damp), MINERALTOW (white mineral surface equalizing smooth render) and IVAS finishes that are highly transpirable and with low dirt retention (Lines: Minerals, Silicates, Ad Arte, Hydro-silicones).
- LIGHT CYCLE: This cycle involves the use of TOWSAN LIGHT (porous, anti-salt plaster comprising lightened powders), MINERALTOW (white equalizing mineral smoother) and IVAS finishes that are highly porous and with low dirt retention (Lines: Minerals, Silicates, Ad Arte, Hydro-silicones).
